Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges
☻ We are a small business, therefore, at this time we do NOT accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Please be aware before purchase. We appreciate your orders & support and hope you can understand! If you have any questions or issues with your order please contact us at shop@hannahjaneapparel.com within 5 days of delivery.
Shipping & Handling
STANDARD SHIPPING
☻ All orders will take 3-5 days to be made, packed and shipped. Currently, all or most items are hand pressed and made by Hannah Jane. Please keep in mind all custom orders will take longer to ship out as they are made to order and cannot be made ahead of time. Please reach out to shop@hannahjaneapparel.com with any questions. We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders $85 and over, all other shipping will be calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
☻ Once your order is shipped and dropped off at USPS or UPS, the package is now turned over to the customer. Hannah Jane Apparel is not responsible for lost, held or damaged packages. HJA is also not responsible for incorrect shipping info or incorrect delivery. If any of these occur, we recommend reaching out to your local carrier and filing a claim. All shipping problems must be handled by USPS or UPS and the customer.
DAMAGES OR ISSUES WITH ORDER
☻ If you have received the wrong item or the item you ordered is defective/damaged, please reach out to shop@hannahjaneapparel.com immediately . We will inspect and do anything we can to fix any issues. Please let us know of any issues within 5 days of delivery.
SHIPPING REMINDERS
☻ Please remember to double check your shipping address and any info before placing your order. Any items that are returned to sender due to a customer address error will be re-charged shipping to re-send. Please reach out to shop@hannahjaneapparel.com with any questions. If you choose for us not to re-send your order, we cannot guarantee a full refund. Please ensure your info is correct as we are unable to modify or cancel orders once placed.
